Newhouse on High Court Opens Door to Police Knocking (Audio)

Mar. 7 (Bloomberg) — George Newhouse, a partner at Brown White & Newhouse and a former California federal prosecutor, discusses a Supreme Court decision limiting the Fourth Amendment warrant requirements. The ruling allows a co-occupant to give police permission to enter the home, over the objections of the other co-occupant who is no longer on the premises. He talks with June Grasso on Bloomberg Radio’s “Bloomberg Law.”
