March 25 (Bloomberg) — Craig Newman, a partner at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP, discusses Microsoft reading a user’s email to determine whether the user leaked trade secrets. The FBI then filed a complaint against the user, a former employee, for theft of trade secrets. Newman talks with June Grasso and Mark Mills on Bloomberg Radio’s “Bloomberg Law.”
